What's been happening recently!

Journal Entry: Sun Nov 11, 2007, 10:08 PM
So my last journal entry was well a little more than 10 months ago. Sounds long doesn't it, well to me it feels like yesterday. In that time period I finished high school, started college, completely converted to Apple Mac and OS X, now equipped with a MacBook and an iMac.

Finished high school fairly well, only failed one class, Pre-Calculus with a 10, oh well it was only an elective. Had a month off, then i started working full time and started college. I attend Remington College, developing my graphics design capabilities. The college is great, only have to go there 3 times a week, for morning only, and get 3 classes a week, so that makes it fairly easy, especially when I work full time.

The Apple thing started when the new iMacs came out, I fell in love, it was that first sight thing. I bought a 20' iMac. And just a week ago my school gave me my brand new MacBook. So basically I've made a complete switch from PCs to Macs, Windows to OS X, and I love it! :)

So I guess that's it, well might start releasing things from time to time again, whenever I find time. Other than that everything is good. :D

FIFA 06 Comes to a Close

Journal Entry: Wed Jul 12, 2006, 10:20 PM
And the official FIFA World Cup 2006 winner is Italy.

Klose from Germany taking the Adidas Golden Shoe with a low score of 5 goals.

Zizoś taking the Adidas Golden Ball for best player of FIFA 2006.

Cannavaro taking the Silver Ball, Pirlo taking the bronze, and Buffon recieving the best goal keeper award.

I can go on about the final game, but it's all in the past.

On to FIFA 2010 in south Africa.

FIFA World Cup 2006

Journal Entry: Thu Jun 29, 2006, 4:20 PM
Sup,

I wanted to say something about it since I'm following it and I'm a huge fan of the sport. I wanted to say how sorry I am that our team(bulgarian) sucks and didn't qualify for the Cup. We almost did though, but unfortunately our team sucks, such a shame.

Anywyas, quaterfinals start tomorrow(Friday), with Germany against Argentina, I think argetina is aobut to go home. My theory is that Germany will get to the final but I can't say they'll win. My other biggest bets are Brazil and Portugal. As far as the other match tomorrow, Italy vs. Ukraine, I think Italy will take the win, unless the surprise team this Cup is Ukraine and they go to semifinals, although I don't think Italy or Ukraine will go to the final since neither of those teams will be able to win over Germany or Argentina.

The other semifinal should be Brazil and Portugal, unless England and Portugal finish with a 1:0, like Greece and Portugal finished in Euro 2004, which was a shoker, and a shoker that Greece got that far, couse on Confederation's Cup Greece was the worst team, kind of a let dow team to represent the continet that's hyped about soccer the most.

So far Rodriguez's volley in the match with Argentina and Mexico, should be acounted for the best goal for this cup, unless we see a better one to come.

This kind of sums it up, I've enjoyed the Cup so far and I'm looking forward to the next week or so that's left.

Download rate vs. View rate

Journal Entry: Sun Jun 25, 2006, 12:38 AM
Sup

I don't know if any of you have noticed, or notice these things at all, but download rate of my deviations is alot higher than view rate. The reason is that I post up my stuff on a few forums and link 'em back here. Usually the first 4 days after I've submitted a deviation have the higest amount of views and downloads. So far Sunset Lake Single Display has the highest amouont of downloads, and highest amount of defference in view/donwload rate. I've noticed that I had at least 2 big boosts in downloads, The only way I explain this is that someone posted it somewhere, I had over 400 downloads on the second boost, after which of course the rate slows down. So I just wanted to thank those people that posted and linked back to my deviations. So thank you for that. :)
